OUR SERVICES
We use a size-based pricing plan (in square feet) as opposed to hourly wages. Our pricing is based on the service selected and the size of your home.
There are no long-term contracts or obligations required. There is no extra charge for the natural and eco-friendly cleaning. We furnish all the cleaning products and all the equipment needed to clean your home.
Your first appointment generally takes longer, as we need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Next appointments will move along faster. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you.
If you need to cancel an appointment, ideally please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
We require payment at time of service. We accept payment by check, Zelle or cash.
